Spacious bedroom and private bathroom with shower/tub. Furnishings include a full size bed (with fresh linens), dresser, television, accent chair, bath towels, and hand soap. Can be unfurnished for the right person.

Located near the Freeway. Enjoy the luxuries of nearby shops including Ralph’s, Sprouts, and Target. Local restaurants include Sky Bay Sushi, Mendocino Farms, Jan’s Health Bar and Vibe Cafe.

Amenities include 3x tennis courts, large pool, 2x Jacuzzi and on-site laundry.

Please note that this is not a party house so I would prefer someone relatively quiet and easy going. Female preferred but will consider males also.
