You have use of whole kitchen living room, etc. Free Netflix and WiFi. We are a married couple looking for professional female or student who does not smoke or do drugs. 420 in moderation ok. We do not drink or have parties. Small dog ok, no cats please. We are across from the nature reserve and Talbert park. Parking is on or off street in the complex. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors! Patio and front yard. Our current tenant has a small well behaved dog so a pet does live on the property. We cannot have cats here because of severe cat allergies.
