Room for Rent 4 houses down from the beach! I am searching for someone to fill my room in a beautiful house near the beach on the upper peninsula in Newport (between 40th and 54th). It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and the bathroom would be shared with one person only. The roommates include one male from Newport and a female from France who has her own bathroom. Everyone is a responsible and clean person. House has a large patio and an outdoor shower. You must be in your late 20s or early 30s. Leasing company asks for pay slips and runs background checks. No pets. The bedroom has a large closet and an almost full wall mirror. The room measures 10.5 ft. x 13.5 ft. and has the closet which is an additional 2 ft. x 10 ft.
