My husband and I have a 100 sq ft room for rent in our 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath townhouse. We rent out 2 bdrms and the bathroom next to the rooms which is only used by the two women who live in those rooms, we do not use it. You have use of the kitchen, dinning area, living room, patio, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Our place is a work in progress. You also have use of pool and jacuzzi in the complex as well. On and off st parking. We keep our place clean and we are very peaceful and chill. We believe in live and let live. Our place is across from a nature reserve and Talbert regional park. No SMOKING, DRUGS, parties, drunks or cats please. Small dog is ok
