We are renting the entire upstairs floor in our 3000 square foot home which features a bedroom, living room, study/office area, large bathroom- all private. Good storage, 2 clothes closets, 1 floor to ceiling linen closet. The only shared area is the cooking area downstairs and use of washer/dryer and pool.

The room is larger than the pictures implies. There is a king size bed in there now

must have good credit, and be employed

Minimum 6 months lease

$1000 security deposit

One person occupancy only

1 small to medium potty trained dog may okay if very well behaved and not a barker
