Hi! I am offering my room for rent in big beautiful apartment in Irvine. Bedroom is HUGE 12x13 with large mirror closet and HUGE windows that bring in a lot of natural light. Rent includes utilities and 1 car garage spot as well! You will have your own Private Bathroom. There will be one other tenant living with you. She is 56 years old and is rarely home. She is very active and likes to go hiking, lounge at the pool and more! Community is a 5 min drive to UCI, Irvine Spectrum, Quail hill trails & IVC! Large shopping center right across the street with lots of yummy food restaurant choices and grocery stores. We are looking for someone financially responsible and clean. Pets considered!
