The apartment is large 1k+ sq ft, 2 floors.
2 bedrooms (upstairs), 2 and a half restrooms, living room and kitchen downstairs. Backyard furnishing coming.

Fan and A/C in the room, new bathtub, spacious closet, bed and table included(opcional).

Full apartment access includes, half of a large refrigerator, half of kitchen cabinets, Harry poter stair closet, half restroom, appliances, printer, wireless Internet.

Apartment will be shared with me and my long distance girlfriend who's only here for the summer.

I am quiet, respect your space and property, am very neat and organized.

I am a substitute teacher so I typically work morning weekdays.

I expect someone who is reserved, responsible, clean, and respectful. Prefer someone my age range, male or female, as you can see the last person to rent was female.
