This is in a 3 bedroom 2 ? bath house, in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood in Orange! You will be renting this house with two of my current roommate who are both students and full time workers (male and female/younger 20's). $1025 a month plus utilities (about $80 a month per person). $2050 required up front which includes first months rent and a refundable security deposit. Room has a full walk in closet, private bathroom with two sinks, a fan, and many windows!

Fully equipped kitchen and living room. 2 car garage (trade off with other roommates every week). Community pool and jacuzzi access, which is VERY nice!

My other roommate has also let me know that is he willing to take over the master bedroom and put his room up for rent if of interest. His room would be $875/month plus utilities. $1750 required up front which includes first months rent and a refundable security deposit. Walk in closet, and a shared bathroom.

Ideally looking for a young professional, who is responsible and knows how to pay their bills on time.

Lease ends at the end of the year (December 2018), but can renew if you and others want to.
