Rent is negotiable depending on how much space is needed and time spent home $1200-$1500 utilities included. Additional office/den space is available plus gym space in garage. Prefer clean organized outgoing female professional or student who loves dogs. One small dog would be considered for a companion to my 12 lb very affectionate 1 year old pup. Sorry No cats. I am a divorced female with no children who works outside the home part time as a caregiver. I like to stay active, work on my DIY projects and my garden in my free time.
