A large, sunny bedroom with full sized, new bed and shared remodeled bath with walk-in closet. New kitchen appliances with full use of shared areas of living room, dining room and outside garden area with gas barbecue under large shady, trees. Washer / dryer in house. Off street parking and WiFi included. We have a labradoodle which is hypo allergenic. Cannot have other dogs. No drugs or alcohol. Prefer women but open. We are easy going and ok with odd hours. If you are a couple, would require $200 more a month in rent.
