This is a lovely apartment in a luxury apartment complex. It is not a house.

The apartment will have 2 people as residents. One person is a current resident. If you take the room, you’ll be the 2nd person. The apartment is tastefully and thoughtful designed, cozy., It is fully carpeted wall-to-wall except for the kitchen which has hard wood floor. It has a Washer and dryer in the unit, Linen closet, Laundry shelves AC, heating and fully equipped kitchen with drawers and cabinets, fridge/freezer, microwave, dual-sink, coat closet, laundry shelves, computer desk, with in-built book shelves. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living room, dining room and kitchen, giving each room full privacy from the other room. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator to the parking area and elevator to all floors.

There is a $45 application fee. Application process is simple and fast within 48 hrs.

This is not a sublet. Renter has full privileges in the apartment.
Students, professionals, self employed, retired or seniors are all welcome.

Strong and stable financial income is required for the month to month bills.

Monthly rent is approximately $1305. Renter pays half utilities. Approximately $150 per month.
