Laundry is on third floor of the same home. Your room is right upon entry and with no other living areas on the floor, this is a great private suite!

You have access to the kitchen and dining areas on second floor ( with guest kitchenware and cookware provided) , not to forget the patio and balcony areas.

Property is extremely walkable to nearby hospitals , grocery stores, eating areas, trails, Mall and a short ride to historic Orange Circle! The overall vibe is very urban, dog friendly and chill.

We are the home owners and live on the property. 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻🐕 .We love hosting professionals for mid to long term rentals. 👩‍💼🧑‍💼We have a friendly golden retriever who rules our world.
