Rooms for Rent!

Both rooms have a bathroom directly next to the rooms with a bath-shower and storage. Rooms come furnished with a bed, nightstand, and desk Living and dining rooms are fully furnished, kitchen access and in-unit laundry. Unit neighbors are really nice and quiet, dog-friendly, and we have several guest parking spots to choose from as well as a one-car garage for storage. Rent on the fifth of every month.
I am a Disney lover currently going to Chapman University for Creative Writing. Pretty chill and low-key. Friends and get-togethers allowed, just need advanced notice. Looking for more of a friend-roommate and very communicative. Will have a corgi moving in with me in the next few months, so must be okay with pets. Mainly looking for students going to Chapman, UCI and/or CSUF!
