Large Bedroom in quiet gated community

I’m looking for a mature grounded professional to share my 4 bd/3bath home in a charming quiet gated community. Someone friendly with the right balance of fun/sociable and quiet/respectful. . A dog lover with a small housebroken dog who is willing to play with my 1 year old active 12lb ChiPomDoodle would be great for him and also for me to swap dog sitting duties at times. Clean neat and considerate but not OCD because I’m not perfect and don’t expect anyone else to be. I’m a diy junkie and have been known to destroy the house at times for the sake of a remodeling project but most are complete so have no fear I mainly stick to the garage these days or gardening in the backyard. I work outside of the home part-time M-F and am home most weekends. Home has been fully remodeled with many upgrades. Community offers a tennis court, pool and spa. There is gym space in the garage and also nice hiking trails nearby. Rent includes 1 large bedroom with walk-in closet and vaulted ceilings, private bath and also access to a shared den with office space/lounge tv and guest bed. Parking spot open on the driveway.
