Tenents have access to a community pool and community center. Property is close to the 57 ad 91 freeways for easy commuting. Property is also centrally located to many nearby grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the Brea mall.

The current tenants are 2 young professionals (male and female) both working in applied science. I enjoy cooking, gardening, going to the gym and hanging out.

I am looking for a roommate in their 20s or 30s who likes to have fun but does not bring the party home. Must be clean and respectful.
