Private room near CSUF/utilities included

The room is in a spacious and beautiful home that’s very close to great places like cal state fullerton, a diverse array of shopping centers, and parks. The home was recently remodeled in 2019 with an upgraded kitchen and is perfect for indoor/outdoor living with a covered patio. We’re a household of 3 young professionals and have a medium sized 2-year old dog. My dog is super friendly and I love taking him to the dog park every week. We’re all pretty relaxed, love music, the outdoors, and cooking/baking. We’re hoping to find open-minded people who are also young professionals and/or a student pursuing post-graduate education.
