Room for rent in August

I’ll have an en-suite room available for rent starting in August. It’s in a 2-bed, 2-bath townhouse that I live in, and is located in the Portola Springs area of Irvine. I have a small dog (cockapoo), and I primarily work from home. Depending on the time of year, utilities usually run between 80-130 per person (electricity, gas, water, internet, trash collection).

FYI:
The photos are of the room when it was furnished/decorated, as my townhouse was a model home. The room will be rented as unfurnished and undecorated. Also, the wallpaper is no longer there - that wall has since been painted a darker hue of the beige the other walls are painted in.
