One Bedroom Private Bath livingroom

Renting my downstairs bedroom, private bath. The downstairs livingroom will mostly be used by you as I have a loft I like to use. Full kitchen, patio, community pool and spa. Large screen tv in the livingroom with most streaming channels. Best of all, housekeeper twice a month. I have two small dogs, so a dog lover works best. Can’t have other pets since they don’t get along with other pets. Full use of kitchen, great for someone who enjoys cooking. Room will come furnished or unfurnished. Waiting for the roommate to choose bed size full or twin. All utilities, WiFi included.
