I have a large unfurnished master bedroom w/ private bath in a 3br/3bath condo in Rancho Santa Margarita available for rent immediately. The condo has been completed renovated and is in immaculate condition and I would like to keep it that way. Everything is brand new!
Single occupancy only. No overnite guests. Matter of fact no guests at all. Smoke free (includes no vaping) and drug free environment. Kitchen privileges (light cooking is ok).
Rent is $1400/month with a $500 deposit and is on a month to month basis (in case things don't work out). Access to community pool, clubhouse, and gym. All utilities and Wifi are included.

I am looking for a responsible working professional or full time student. Ideally you should have a full time job or you are a full time student who gets out of the house 5 days a week.
