I am renting out a private room and private bathroom in my condo. It is located in Rancho Santa Margarita. The condo has all major appliances, pool/jacuzzi in the complex, and is walkable to stores and restaurants. It is walking distance to RSM lake. There is guest and street parking available. Single story.

I am looking for a female roommate between the ages of 25-39.

$1,100/month. Utilities are not included.

I am a working professional and am involved in my church. I have a cat, but she is mellow!
