Room inside a five bedroom house in Rossmoor. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking at all times. Walkable distance to stores/shops, a few miles from Seal Beach and Long Beach. Ten minute drive to CSULB. Large open backyard area with outdoor dining table. Room comes unfurnished, however we do have a dresser available if needed. One roommate has a cat, no additional animals allowed.
Four people currently live here two males/two females. We’re all ages 21-26. Some are recent graduates/current students at CSULB. All of us work.. Upkeep of the house is maintained via chore list. Looking for an easy going, clean roommate. Prior to showing house copy of credit score and two most recent pay stubs will be required.
