The house has an amazing backyard, has a pool, spa, lemon tree, BBQ, outside eating area and outside TV area. The kitchen is a cookers and bakers dream with lots of space, walk in pantry and lots of appliances. We have a laundry room and office and lots of space to hangout and work. The room can come furnished. All utilities are included with rent. We are a no pet and no smoking house :)
