Roommate wanted in luxury Capo Beach apartment

Hi neighbors, I am looking for a roommate to take the bedroom in my 1BD/1BA+loft apartment nestled between Capo Beach and Dana Point and is newly remodeled with tons of natural light, central heating and A/C, and washer/dryer in-unit. The bedroom has two mirrored closets and gets plenty of light. New carpet, fits a queen bed very comfortably. I live in the loft. The property is gorgeous and gated with a big pond, ducks and turtles, and there is an ocean view from the edge of the property. We also have a pool, jacuzzi, a great gym, and bbqs.

Looking for a female, must be added to the lease for parking purposes. Rent is $2,000. Room is available starting April 24, but I have to give the complex notice by March 24. Please respond asap as time is of the essence :)
