Room for rent in San Juan

Hello, I have a room for rent in my home. I have a son that stays with me half the time (week on week off) he’s 9 and he’s amazing. We have a dog PJ she’s also amazing and cat cat “Shadow” he’s grumpy but doesn’t really ever come downstairs. The room has a queen size bed and and shared bathroom / shower. The bathroom is only really used by guests and us when we are down stairs, which doesn’t happen often. The downstairs will be a common are and shared kitchen with me and my son. We have everything upstairs so him and I will be upstairs the majority of the time. It’s a very nice setup and we’re easy to get along with. On the weeks I don’t have him I usually work 60+ hours so I’m not home often, and more of a more of a 9 - 5 schedule when I do have him. Looking for someone that will get along well with us and our schedule. Preferably someone professional with full time work. I don’t drink and no smoking in the house. I will be interviewing and doing background checks on potential renters. Feel free to ask any questions.
