No overnight guest. Full access to the house. No smoking in the house. The home is located in a Small Friendly community of only 11 homes. Parking on grounds is first come with plenty of street parking. Lease is month to month with a minimum of a 3 month stay in hopes of a long term arrangement , if suitable for both of us.
