Use kitchen and living room as long as you leave everything clean and as long as we are not home. no guys sleeping over and no drugs. Im ok with alcohol but social or when having a hard day I understand a beer or a glass of wine then I? m ok with that.
Unfortunately my son and I are sad to be saying bye to our wonderful roomate that became friend to us is moving to Vegas to be closer to her kids. 😢

Rent will be 1,040 a month. It? s a nice community, pools, jacuzzi, clubhouse and a gym and plenty of parking and laundry on site. I? m posting pictures of what they have online. It IS a nice place.
