Private bedroom and bath in gated Santa community

Welcome to the center of Orange County. Enjoy a private bedroom and bath with shared access to the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Washer/dryer next to your room as well.

We are crazy ass dog people and own 3 dogs (mini Aussies), so being dog friendly is a must. Both of us work standard day jobs and when we are home, enjoy cooking, playing board games, have a drink, watching movies, and playing with the dogs. We are fairly cleanly people so you will have to be a well.

The room includes a full sized bed, small walk in closet, and private bathroom. House trained dogs are allowed! You'll have access to WiFi and utilities will be included in the price. Unfortunately there is no reserved parking. Street parking is free and plentiful but it does get crowded in the afternoons through the mornings. Once you find a good schedule you should find parking easier.

Santa Ana is an older city, but We are located in a new community very conveniently between Disneyland, South coast plaza, the Irvine spectrum, Tustin marketplace, and the outlets of Orange. We are also close to the 22, 5, 405, 55, and 57 freeways!
