hello! we had two roommates move out, we’re looking for one roommate to move in so we all can enjoy lots of space. one private room + private bathroom is yours. shared areas include kitchen, TV/living room, modest-sized backyard, and dining area. we are an engaged couple looking for someone considerate, tidy (in common areas), chill, and self-sufficient to share the house with. located on the border of santa ana/tustin/orange, super close to freeways and entertainment & shopping. the house itself is great, with vaulted wood ceilings and a cozy cabin-like feel, in a peaceful community filled with trees. community pool + front gates being installed. rent can be prorated for time of month you’d like to move in. contact us for details!
