$964/Private Room–Luxury Apartment In Santa Ana

The Apartment:
One bedroom is available w/ shared bathroom in this large, 1,236 sq. ft. 3 bedroom apartment in Santa Ana, CA. We have walk-in closets, a small private patio, central AC, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. The apartment complex also has a gym, pool, BBQ area, study lounge and Business Center. As well as package receiving. Utilities and Wi-Fi Internet are approximately $100 per month, which we’d split 3 ways.

The Location:
The apartment is located at 3630 Westminster Ave close to freeways and minutes away from the Chapman University and UC Irvine.

The Roommates:
Two young professionals in our mid 20s, one female and male.

You:
Looking for young professional or grad student who is respectful, clean, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 1/3 each for common supplies, toilet paper, etc.)

When:
Room will be available Mid-August for a 13-month lease. We would ideally like to have new roommate add on to the lease and sign by August 15th.
