Furnished room in single story home

Room includes queen bed, small dresser, lamp, and mirrored closet. You may bring 1-2 additional furniture items that fit in the room (vanity or dresser). No painting. No more than finishing nails in walls. You will have a separate bathroom from owner but is shared if there are visitors/guests present in the house. Off street parking in driveway for one vehicle. Street parking for guests requires passes (available). May use shared spaces of kitchen, living area, laundry, and patio. Cleanliness is a must. Prefer someone who works outside of the home (not remote) and is active. Beautiful yard and outdoor spaces to hang out and relax.

You may use the other guest bedroom for up to a total of three weeks a year to invite guests.
