I have a room in a townhouse available on September 1st. Room size is 10ft x 10ft.
Bedroom on third floor has a private bathroom and walk in closet.
2nd floor has a shared bathroom with the kitchen/living area. Plenty of street parking is available after the street renovation.

$1500/month (all utilities included AND garage parking) plus $1000 deposit

Room will be taken up pretty quickly because of the walk-in closet and in room bathroom..

Main cross streets are Bristol x First in Santa Ana about a half
mile from Santa Ana College. House is exactly 3 miles to the 5 fwy,
4 miles to the 405 fwy and 3.5 miles to the 55 fwy. House was built in
2018.

High speed internet WIFI
Washer/dryer, refrigerator you're free to use.
No smoking, drugs, parties
I have a dog. She's a very sweet siberian husky
and pretty quiet. She will not wake you up in the middle of the night as she
rarely barks. Must love dogs.
Must be clean and respectful.

Can go over house rules at a later point.
