This 3-bedroom home is shared with 2 working professionals (a couple) and 2 large dogs. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included.
Private room with a cal-king-sized bed, dresser, TV, and nightstand. Or, if you will be bringing your own furniture, I can clear out the room entirely.
Hardwood flooring, ceiling fan, two windows, reach-in closet.
The 1.5 bathrooms are shared with 2 other people.
Small kitchen, minimal use of kitchen is preferred. The refrigerator is not shared but you can bring your own.
Street parking only.
Central A/C + heating.
Lease Duration: month-to-month. Can give 30 days' notice, either party.
No overnight guests, no smoking inside the house
No pets
Must submit an application to run a background check and must provide proof of income.
Will consider short-term rentals for an increased fee.
Must be okay with my dogs. They are energetic and friendly. When I am not home I leave them in the backyard with no access to the house. When I am home I leave their doggy door open and they can come inside. They have their own room where they sleep at night.
