Female Roommate Wanted -Santa Ana

Hey there!

I am looking to fill an open room! I live in 2-bed/2-bath apartment in a nice gated community in Santa Ana near South Coast Plaza. The available bedroom is the primary which has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Sadly, there are no in-unit washer/dryers, but there is a very nice washer/dryer facility located within the complex which is less than a 1-minute walk away. The rent is $2980 per month - split equally, which ends up being about $1500 each (not including utilities). The apartment also includes one parking garage spot which I previously alternated between using with my last roommate based on our work schedule/plans. There are also dozens of available parking spots within the gated complex as well - so parking has really never been an issue.

Ideally looking for a female (age 21-35) who is kind, clean, respectful, and open to building a potential friendship if we’re a good fit!

A bit about myself…
I’m a 26 year-old female working in the design industry. I’m quiet and keep the main area, clean and tidy. If you enjoy binge watching television shows or would be down for a thrifting adventure in downtown Orange, then I think we’d be a perfect fit!
