Hi I'm looking for someone to share my beautiful beachside apartment in Seal Beach.

It is a spacious and clean well-appointed furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath on the upper floor of a duplex a block from Seal Beach, with your own PARKING space and LAUNDRY in the garage, which has room for storage!

The apartment is steps from the small town with numerous coffee shops, bars and grocery stores within walking distance.

There are 2 bedrooms available (one also office) I would like to rent both bedrooms ideally to one person. You can use the second bedroom as office, studio, storage, etc. If you rent both, negotiable for 2nd room.

First month's rent and a security deposit equal to that for move-in.
