I myself, am a full time employed female who works outside of my home, and I prefer a fully employed female who is working o/s of the home, too. Also, I need to add that I have a 16 1/2 year old morkie (maltiese/yorkie) dog. He will not be in your living area. I don’t expect you to interact w/my pet, but I wouldn’t want you to be uncomfortable either, so an animal person is preferred.
No smoking, no work from home, no sleepovers, no slobs, please!
I leave for work at 5:20am. I really need a morning person to cohabitate comfortably (:
1st & last month rent needed in order to move in $950.00 + $950.00 = $1900.00
Not charging you security/clean-up fee of $100.00 & I will pay the $49 background check. I am trying to be helpful and reasonable with my future tenant/roommate. You’ll find that I am a fair & honest person.
*Month to month lease agreement. Must be able to pass background ck & employment verification.
