Private Room in Brand New Model Home

Female professional preferred. I?m renting one bedroom with private bath in Lennar Tustin Levity Icon 2B $1M home, which is 3-stories. Either Room is 11? x 11,? which have never been lived in. 1 attached garage space available, per HOA permits required. One room is unfurnished, or I may rent the furnished room, as necessary.

I have 2 aggressive mini Australian Shepards (herding dogs), which are not child or other pet friendly. I?m looking for one person, preferably quiet, bedroom furniture only, because the rest of house is furnished. I work from home and am the owner/landlord.
