Hello! I would like to rent out my guest room on the first floor, with private bathroom access, kitchen and living room.

My room and office is upstairs, with my private bathroom so you will have privacy. The common areas and access to the house is downstairs, perfect for rental. Please note, the room is fully furnished. Additional rules noted below.

I am clean, organized, I take care of my things. I have a huge and sweet dog, he doesnt come inside and does not bark much.

I am looking for a professional or student woman, no pets, clean, kind and non-smoking.

No overnight guests.
No couples, pets or smokers.
