I'm a working professional. I have 2 small friendly dogs. I'm very quiet and flexible. I'm looking for one individual respectful, friendly, clean NON smoker female roommate. (responsible student/ working professional preferred).
My place will be very quiet all the time, no overnight guest, no drugs, no loud music or parties allowed in the home. The room is suited for one person, no couples. The community and neighborhood is very safe and very pleasant to live in. It is a private room with private bathroom, but must be willing in sharing the bathroom. Utilities and Wifi included. This room is fully furnished and is move-in ready. Looking for at least 6 - 12mos lease. Will have access to kitchen, dining and living room .
