Lovely room in gorgeous location

Room for rent with full access to association pools, volleyball, tennis courts/pickle ball, and jacuzzies that is very close to UCI and Concordia College. We (three adults) all work from home although I’m a recently retired professional. The entire house has been renovated including a beautifully remodeled bathroom for your use. We have 2 cats housed in their own enclosure in the backyard due to allergies of one resident. You would have access to a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer with laundry products included, front and back patios and acres of greenbelt, community amenities including two pools in short walking distances, and nearby access to Mason Park, miles of walking and bike trails, and the 405 freeway.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, loves animals, is clean and quiet, and can pass a background and credit check with good references. The room is for one vaccinated person only and who works full time. Room is available December 19.
