Room for rent in Irvine

Hi! My name is Ashley I currently work and go to school. I enjoy cooking, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, yoga, happy hour, brunch, and I usually spend Sundays and weekdays studying. I don’t smoke or vape I don’t mind if you do but must smoke outside. Occasionally I’ll have friends over for movie nights, game nights, or just to hang out on the weekends so I don’t mind if you have guests over and you’re more than welcome to join us! I’m looking for a female roommate who is around the same age and has similar interests/lifestyle.

The room is furnished and has a full guest bathroom directly across from the bedroom (not shared with anyone else in the house). You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio. Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. Professional cleaning once a month is included. You can have a parking spot in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking. Located in University Park right off of the 405 freeway ~ 5 min drive to UCI, 5 min to IVC, and lots of shopping centers nearby. No pets preferred but 1 cat may be okay if spayed/neutered and gets along with other animals. I have a cat and senior dog (hypoallergenic) a 14 year old maltipoo she’s extremely sweet, keeps to herself, doesn’t bark, and loves everyone. She usually stays in my room throughout the day.
