I am recently separated from my wife and have my children as much as possible. An honest, hard working renter that always pays by the 3rd is what I am looking for. You will have to prove income.
Bathrooms will be shared and use of the kitchen is OK. Access to laundry and fridge in the garage as well. The driveway is large and there is plenty of street parking as well.
Move in costs are first month $800 + $75 a month for utilities. You are welcome to put AC in your room but will have to pay more in utilities.
