This is a beautiful and well maintained senior mobile home park (ALL RESIDENTS MUST BE AT LEAST 50 YEARS OLD). Amenities include use of a pool, a recreation center and ongoing activities.
Our house is "night owl" friendly which means someone might be coming in, or watching TV or even singing Karaoke at night so if you are a night owl you will fit right in! Our house is also home to two adorable and friendly Pomeranian doggies which makes this place a little noisier than most. However, your roommates are very considerate and respect your privacy.

The room is unfurnished. It has one window, an open closet and beautiful hardwood floors. The bathroom is right off the room and the laundry area is through the bathroom, so everything is at your fingertips. The bathroom is shared by you and another roommate (and occasional guests). Another huge plus for this room is that you have your own full-sized refrigerator, so you will only need to bring your own energy efficient microwave and hot plate.
The rent is $850 per month and includes utilities, WiFi, and basic cable. In addition, you have use of a washer and dryer on site. Parking is available in a gated lot near the house which you will have the access code to. The parking fee is $35 per month.
Sorry but we cannot have additional pets.
