Working female professional looking for 1 female roommate in this beautiful house on the Yorba Linda Golf Course.

I have a small 17 year old dog who will mostly be in my rooms and backyard. She does not come into shared spaces of the house.

Internet, gas, trash and gardening are included in the rent. Water and electric shared between the 2 of us living in the house.

Private suite on the second floor with 2 rooms and a full bathroom. It is a floor of its own, so completely private, perfect for a bedroom and a TV/office room. This private suite is $1500 a month.

Looking for a working female professional to join this quiet house. Ideally no remote work.

There is a $30.00 non-refundable processing/background check fee for applicants. Refundable $1500 deposit + first month rent due on move-in day. Lease will be renewed yearly on the move in date.
