Looking for a roommate to share a house

I am a 38 yr old professional looking for a roommate to share a 3bed 2bath house. I am only looking to share with one individual with all utilities split in half including garbage, internet, and PG&E. I prefer to room with a female for safety and cleanliness reasons. Washer, dryer, vaulted ceilings, back porch with a view, front and back yard, garage, and plenty of parking. It is furnished but would be willing to accept furniture if it is in better condition. Big room with a personal bathroom. It is a duplex with the landlords occupying the other side. All bedroom doors have personal locks to wich only you would have the key to your room. Pets are negotiable with the right clean, responsible housemate. There would be an addition fee for pet owners that would have to be discussed with the landlord. Non-smoking preferred but negotiable as well. I am very relaxed and work most of the time. Please let me know if this looks like a good fit for you! 🙂
