There is an attached Mother-in-law side with a separate entrance that my mom lives in and we rent the rooms out on the house side. It is a Co-living environment which means everyone shares the common spaces equally. The current housemates are pretty quiet and tend to keep to their rooms. Each room is rented out on a month-to-month lease (single occupancy). We do provide basic amenities in the kitchen. $100/month extra if you would like it furnished (we have a list of what this includes). $100/month extra if you work from home to cover the additional utilities & supplies.
