Located in a beautiful 2 story house built in 2016. My mom and I bought this home a few years ago. There is an attached Mother-in-law side with a separate entrance that my mom lives in and we rent the rooms out on the house side. It is a Co-living environment which means the common areas and kitchen are equally everyone’s to use. The current housemates are pretty quiet and tend to hang out in their rooms. Each room is rented out on a month-to-month lease (single occupancy). We do provide basic amenities in the kitchen. $100/month extra if you would like it furnished (we have a list of what this includes). $100/month extra if you work from home to cover the additional utilities & supplies.

$875/month rent, $800 security deposit, $39 paid by prospective tenant upon submitting application for background, eviction and credit report. We use TenantCloud Online Management software for applications, you will submit to them your info including social (which is not shared with us) they run the background check through Transunion which is a soft pull on your credit (doesn’t show up on credit).
