Quiet Loomis home

I have a room available for rent in Loomis (in town, not the country) it's furnished if needed or not if you don't require furniture. It's cross-posted on Furnished Finder for traveling professionals.

The house is 30 minutes from Sacramento, 15 from Auburn and 15 from Roseville.

Myself and the other roommate are teachers so we're looking for a quiet, professional person or respectful student to take the spare room. No couples, please.

The home is over 2,200 sq ft. Laundry, kitchen, living spaces and bathroom are shared. The guest bath will be shared by you and my current roommate. You will have storage in the kitchen for your pantry items, shared fridge. Home already has cookware, dishes, etc.

$850/month and rent includes utilities/wifi. Please be tidy, no smoking, heavy drinking, or drugs. Overnight guests permitted on weekend nights (Fri/Sat). No pets as there's already a dog on the premises. Also no need to bring extra furniture as the home is fully furnished.
