There is a very sweet, gentle and well trained dog in the home. She doesn’t shed (much), drool, bark, or have a mean bone in her body. She will give you lots of love but respects boundaries, as well. She is queen of her castle, so no pets, please.
Throughout the year, the property produces an abundance of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other edible plants which are available to all members in the home.
Access to the garden and your own planting and planting area.
There is a creek and park within walking distance and Maidu Park is fairly close by, as well.
