Single Room with shared Bathroom available ASAP!

Hello! I recently decided to move back home with my parents for personal reasons and am looking for someone to take over the last 3 months of my lease. It’s a really nice house in West Roseville, you have your own upstairs bedroom and a shared bathroom with one female roommate. All three roommates work at Topgolf and are between 20-23 years old, so it’s a great opportunity to meet new people! It’s an environment where you can keep to yourself if preferred or interact with the roomies if you’re a social person. There is one cat in the home who is non-negotiable, he’s a very curious guy but the owner is good at keeping him busy if you’re not a cat person :) they’re still debating keeping the house for another year so this is also a great opportunity for someone to jump on taking this house over for next year!
