Furnished Private Bedroom & Bathroom

Located in a beautiful apartment complex in Roseville, I have an extra room available. Rent is going to be $800/month with all utilities and internet included in that. You will take the front bedroom and bathroom and have them both all to yourself. My boyfriend and I take the master bedroom, we are both very chill and keep to ourselves most the time. We also both work full time and are in online school so we are usually pretty busy. We have 2 cats that are very clean, friendly and loving. So unfortunately no other pets are allowed. Females only please.
